How do I know I can trust Maid in Heaven?
Maid in Heaven is a professional maid service and our representatives pride themselves in quality work. Before joining our team, each maid is trained to perform the detailed cleaning plans to our customers’ specifications. We stand behind our work with a 24-hour Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 24 Hours to arrange for us to come back and re-clean the specific areas that did not meet your expectations.
Do I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Every Maid in Heaven cleaning service crew comes prepared with all the cleaning supplies necessary.
What happens if I need to reschedule my maid service?
Maid in Heaven works with you. Simply call 72-hours before your regularly scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
What if my home cleaning falls on a holiday?
We call to reschedule for a more convenient time when house cleanings fall on holidays. Maid in Heaven will also remind you about additional maid services in which you may have expressed an interest. Perhaps that means an additional clean prior to a big holiday party. If you've scheduled that extra holiday cleaning service, canceling or rescheduling does requires 72-hours notice.
How do I pay for residential cleaning services?
Payments are due the day of your scheduled service. Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check in the home, made payable to Maid in Heaven, however many of our customers pay in cash.
What should I do before a home cleaning service?
To allow our teams to be most efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items prior to a visit from our housekeeping teams.
Do I have to be home during house cleanings?
Because we clean Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. most of our customers aren't home but the vast majority trust Maid in Heaven with the key to their home.
What time will my maid arrive?
For regularly scheduled cleaning we will provide you and estimated time of arrival to fit with your schedule.
What does Maid in Heaven not clean?
Cleaning services from Maid in Heaven are designed to help keep your home fresh, clean and comfortable. So we customize our services to fit your home's unique needs and your budget. To provide this level of exceptional service to all our valued customers there are some areas and items in your home that does not clean unless contracted. If you require any of the services below please ask for an estimate.
Maid in Heaven does not…

- Additional services like carpet cleaning and cleaning the inside of your refrigerator or stove are available by request.
